My scope was the Operational turn-around of Product Design, Software Development, Infrastructure Operations, and the Project Management Organization supporting the travel.com.au subsidiary - which included http://www.lastminute.com.au (focus is domestic short get-away trips), http://www.travel.com.au (focus is international holidays), and Arnold Travel Technologies http://www.arnoldtraveltechnology.com (focus is the delivery of a commercially sold flight and hotel booking engine).

As part of the Executive team, we doubled the stock price, sold travel.com.au to wotif.com and worked out our committment.
